Job Title: Technocommercial – Gaming Laptops & Accessories

Location: Galerie Grinson, Magasin 90 (à côté de l'Hôtel Texuda), Av. de la Résistance, Rabat

Working Hours: 8 hours/day (Full-time)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a passionate and tech-savvy Technocommercial to join our team at our retail store in Galerie Grinson, Rabat. You will be responsible for advising customers, selling gaming laptops, components (GPU, CPU, etc.), and gaming accessories (headsets, keyboards, mice, etc.), while ensuring an outstanding customer experience.

Main Responsibilities:

• Welcome and advise customers in-store with professionalism and enthusiasm.
• Understand customer needs and provide tailored gaming solutions.
• Demonstrate knowledge of gaming PCs, laptops, components, and accessories.
• Follow up with clients (in-store or online) to ensure satisfaction and build loyalty.
• Assist with store layout, product displays, and stock organization.
• Achieve sales targets and provide daily sales reports.
• Stay updated on latest gaming trends and technologies.
• Handle basic after-sales support or direct customers to technical support if needed.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience in retail sales or tech product sales (preferably gaming).
• Strong interest and knowledge in gaming hardware and eSports culture.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-focused with a commercial mindset.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic understanding of inventory and POS systems is a plus.
• French or Arabic fluency required; English is a plus.
