Job Responsibilities and Requirements
- Core objectives of the work:
Responsible for ensuring that the parts have "zero interruption" on the OEM production line and quickly respond to and resolving quality and delivery issues.
- Responsible for serving as a bridge between us and customers.
Can serve as our customer service representative at the customer's factory, assisting us in communicating with customers and coordinating related matters.
- Handling of defective products (must be completed within 48 hours) :
3.1 Respond immediately to any problems related to the company's parts on the production line (such as quality issues, assembly difficulties, material shortages) to prevent production line stoppages.
3.2 Make preliminary judgments, mark, and isolate defective products found on the production line, and initiate the defective product handling process (such as issuing return orders and exchange orders).
3.3 When customers report that our products have quality problems or disputes, must go there immediately to confirm and make a preliminary judgment. If the problem is not related to the quality of our products, we will communicate with the customer in a timely manner and arrange production.
3.4 When necessary, the person responsible can promptly arrange personnel to check the warehouse (including but not limited to the customer's assembly workshop, line-side warehouse, third-party warehouse, etc.) and promptly feedback the inspection data to our docking personnel.
- Problem feedback requirements
4.1 Provide timely feedback on the production status of our products at the client end as we require. If any quality issues arise, provide feedback to our corresponding window in a timely manner.
4.2 You must respond promptly (within 4 hours) to any requests or questions we raised via email or Chat APP.
- Other matters
Responsible for coordinating the handling of other matters
Required profile:
Minimum 2 years of post-secondary education
Minimum 2 years of experience in quality management (operational, supplier, or customer)
Fluent in English
