We are seeking a passionate and enthusiastic Kids Club Coordinator for our prestigious five-star hotel. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in engaging children and providing a safe, fun, and educational environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and implement creative activities for children aged 4-12.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all children in the Kids Club.
- Foster a welcoming and engaging atmosphere for young guests.
- Communicate effectively with parents and provide feedback on their children's activities.
- Collaborate with the hotel staff to ensure smooth operations of the Kids Club.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience working with children in a recreational or educational setting.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- First aid and CPR certification is a plus.
- A cheerful, energetic, and proactive attitude.
