YOUR MISSION
As part of Mediterranean Aquafarm Aquaculture business, the Human Resources Manager main mission will be to define and ensure the implementation of Human Resources Policies and Processes at Aquafarm, in alignment with global HR strategy and guidelines.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Design and implement the Human Resources management policies and processes, ensuring the alignment with company HR strategy and global internal policies and practices, as well as guaranteeing the compliance with legal HR procedures;
- Support the business areas in the execution of several and transversal HR processes, as recruitment, admission and onboarding, development and training, payroll and compensation, offboarding, HR KPI's monitorization and management and HR administrative tasks, among others;
- Ensure the work time management and its regular monitorization (e.g. work time schedules, absences, vacations…), ensuring the legal and internal compliance;
- Support employee's needs, providing the necessary clarifications and ensuring regular and individual follow-up;
- Monitor the HR Management trends, namely in the aquaculture sector, to understand challenges, best practices, improvement opportunities, and potential threats and/or issues.
WHO YOU ARE
- Academic background in Human Resources Management, Organizational Psychology, Administration or similar;
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in generalist HR roles, preferable in the aquaculture sector;
- Knowledge of human resources management, labor law and payroll;
- Proficiency in English and French (spoken and written);
- Excellent personal relationship skills and team spirit;
- High sense of responsibility;
- Good verbal and written communication skills;
- Organizational and structuring capacity;
- Problem solving ability, resilience and flexibility.
