At the head of Siemens Morocco (part of the Lead Bundle Country France–BeLux–Maghreb), you embody the face of the company in the country. You drive the strategy as well as the commercial development of the Digital Industries division, while bringing together all stakeholders around a shared vision. Your role is decisive in strengthening Siemens' growth, innovation, and positive impact in Morocco.

Your Main Responsibilities

  • You represent Siemens in Morocco with customers, partners, institutions, and the media, acting as a true ambassador of the company and its values.
  • You define and implement the strategy of Siemens Morocco and the Digital Industries division, in alignment with the group's global vision while tailoring it to local specificities. A leader in the field, you foster a culture of collaboration and trust, building close and lasting relationships with our clients, while actively contributing to the development of a strong ecosystem that brings together business partners, universities, and local institutions.
  • You identify and develop cross-sector growth opportunities, driving innovation, competitiveness, and value creation for the company and its partners.
  • You ensure operational and financial performance, steering the efficiency of local organizations and ensuring rigorous resource management, in close cooperation with our CFO.
  • You oversee compliance with legal requirements, exemplary governance, the strict application of Compliance, and the highest standards of health and safety.
  • You mentor and develop local talents, creating an environment that fosters engagement, diversity, and collective excellence.

Your profile

  • An engineering degree combined with a strong background in the industrial sector will be key to understanding the environment and challenges you will face, as well as ensuring credibility with our technically skilled clients and prospects. You are also able to navigate with ease within a large matrix organization, bringing together diverse stakeholders around a shared vision.
  • You bring at least 10 to 15 years of experience in executive or senior sales leadership roles, including full P&L responsibility. These years have given you an in-depth understanding of the Moroccan market and the ability to represent a company with economic, political, and institutional stakeholders—supported by a well-established professional network in Morocco.
  • With a strong commercial orientation, you naturally excel in communication and negotiation.
  • Recognized for your leadership, you have a proven ability to unite and develop teams around a shared ambition for success.
  • Fluency in Arabic, French, and English is essential to succeed in this role.
