As a key member of our Executive Committee, you'll work directly with the General Manager and collaborate with regional HR leadership to shape the future of our workforce. What You'll Do:

• Lead HR Strategy: Translate business goals into impactful HR initiatives that support our brand and property vision.
• Drive Talent Excellence: Oversee recruitment, succession planning, and performance development to build a high-performing, diverse team.
• Champion Culture & Engagement: Foster a workplace where associates thrive, feel valued, and are empowered to grow.
• Shape Compensation & Recognition: Design competitive compensation strategies and recognition programs that reward excellence.
• Coach & Develop Leaders: Be a trusted advisor to department heads and a mentor to HR team members.
• Be a Change Agent: Lead transformation initiatives that enhance employee experience and business outcomes.

What We're Looking For:

• A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in HR leadership within hospitality or a similar dynamic environment.
• A strategic thinker with strong interpersonal and coaching skills.
• Passion for people, culture, and operational excellence.
