Business Software Implementation Consultant — Internship (6 months → Fast-track to Full-time)

Location: Rabat, Morocco

Department: Professional Services

Type: Paid Internship → Fast-track to Full-time

About the Role

This role sits at the intersection of 
business operations and enterprise software
.

As a Software Implementation Consultant Intern, you will support international clients (mainly in the UK & EMEA) in the 
deployment, configuration, and adoption of business SaaS platforms
 used by mid-sized and large organizations.

This is 
not a software development or coding role
. The focus is on understanding how businesses operate and translating those needs into structured system configurations, workflows, and processes.

You will contribute to real client projects from the start. Strong performers will transition into a full-time role with increasing responsibility over time.

What You'll Do

  • Support the implementation and configuration of business SaaS platforms
  • Understand client business processes and document functional requirements
  • Help translate operational needs into structured system workflows
  • Assist with system setup, testing, documentation, and end-user support
  • Contribute to specific modules or workstreams under senior supervision
  • Work closely with consultants on delivery and client coordination

This role emphasizes 
analysis, structure, documentation, and execution
 rather than technical development.

What We're Looking For

  • Interest in business operations, SaaS platforms, and process optimization
  • Strong analytical and structured thinking
  • Clear written and verbal communication
  • Ability to follow defined methodologies and delivery standards
  • Comfortable working on multiple structured tasks in parallel
  • Fluent English is mandatory
     (French / Spanish / German is a plus)

Background

  • Bachelor's or Master's in 
    Finance, Business, Management, or related fields
  • Exposure to information systems, analytics, or operations is a plus
  • Familiarity with the following is helpful but not required:
  • Business workflows
  • CRM / ERP / SaaS tools
  • Project coordination fundamentals
