Description

Offre d'emploi : Lead QA (Qualité Logicielle) – Santé & Systèmes Critiques

Dans ce cadre du renforcement de notre équipe, nous recherchons un Lead QA qui sera responsable de définir la stratégie de test et de qualité, de coordonner les activités de validation et d'encadrer une équipe dédiée.

Vos missions:

Définir la stratégie globale de test et instaurer les meilleures pratiques QA adaptées aux environnements critiques (santé, données sensibles).

Collecter et formaliser les scénarios de test en collaboration étroite avec l'équipe Support et l'équipe de Développement.

Élaborer et maintenir des plans de test complets (fonctionnels, non-fonctionnels, automatisés et manuels).

Garantir la qualité et la conformité des livrables dans un contexte à fortes exigences réglementaires et de sécurité.

Constituer et encadrer une équipe de testeurs : recrutement, management, suivi et montée en compétence.

Jouer un rôle clé dans la culture qualité de l'entreprise, en apportant une vision long terme et une méthodologie rigoureuse.

Profil recherché

  • Une expérience solide en tant que QA Lead ou Test Manager, avec une expertise prouvée dans les environnements critiques (santé, secteur réglementé, etc.).
  • Une connaissance pointue des méthodologies de test (automatisées, manuelles, intégration continue).
  • Une parfaite maîtrise de la gestion de projet en mode Agile (Scrum, Kanban, etc.).
  • Un talent de communicant pour collaborer efficacement avec les équipes de développement et la direction.
  • Une capacité à allier une vision stratégique à un pragmatisme opérationnel, tout en faisant preuve d'autonomie.
