The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining and providing support of foundational data elements including items, pricing, authorizations and customer related information. This individual will work across Arrow Global Components teams providing problem resolution and ongoing expertise to support operational excellence.

We Are Currently Looking For
Quote Factory (Job Title: Quote Specialist)

WHAT YOU WILL DO?

  • Responding to Requests for Quotes (RFQ) by scrubbing, cleansing and amending the RFQ with pricing & costing information incl. troubleshooting while ensuring SLA's are being met
  • Validating proper request documentation and communication back to the requestor in case additional information is required
  • Managing and expanding where needed both the ERP system as well as the customized solution for semi-automated RFQ processing
  • Reviewing, maintaining and updating the process documentation based on supplier updates or internal configuration changes
  • Reviewing, maintaining and updating the system setup where needed for seamless linkage with the centralized data center
  • Monitoring operational reports and system alerts, acting appropriately
  • Providing timely issue escalation and proactive communication to management and impacted stakeholders
  • Updating and refreshing the underlying data structure for better matching results
  • Learning constantly by attending various trainings
