We are looking for an experienced
Network Security Engineer
with strong expertise in
Fortinet solutions
and solid knowledge of
Cisco networking
. The role focuses on designing, implementing, and supporting secure, high-performance network infrastructures across hybrid environments, with additional exposure to
Azure networking services
.

Key Responsibilities

  • Administer and support
    Fortinet SD-WAN environments
    , including:
  • FortiGate Firewalls
    : policy management, VPNs (IPsec, SSL), NAT, HA, and advanced security features.
  • FortiManager
    : centralized configuration, policy packages, templates, and firmware management.
  • FortiAP
    : wireless network deployment, integration, and security configuration.
  • Experience with
    FortiAnalyzer
    and
    FortiAuthenticator
    is a plus.
  • Configure and maintain
    Cisco switches and routers
    (VLANs, STP, EtherChannel, HSRP, ACLs, routing protocols).
  • Manage and optimize
    VPN solutions
    (IPsec, DMVPN, ZTNA).
  • Deploy and troubleshoot
    Azure networking services
    (VNet, VPN Gateway, NSG, Application Gateway, ExpressRoute).
  • Perform proactive monitoring, troubleshooting, and timely patching/upgrades of all network/security devices.
  • Develop and maintain detailed network documentation
    , including configurations, topology diagrams, and disaster recovery plans.
  • Collaborate with IT and security teams
    to enforce compliance, secure network boundaries, and improve resilience.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 4+ years' experience as a
    Network & Security Engineer
    .
  • Strong hands-on expertise in
    Fortinet technologies
    (FortiGate, FortiManager, FortiAP; FortiAnalyzer/FortiAuthenticator preferred).
  • Good knowledge of
    Cisco LAN/WAN switching and routing
    .
  • Solid understanding of
    Azure networking fundamentals
    .
  • Proficiency in IP addressing, routing (BGP), and Layer 2/3 security features.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to work under pressure.

Preferred Certifications

  • Fortinet NSE 4 / NSE 5 / NSE 6 (SD-WAN, FortiManager, FortiAuthenticator)
  • Cisco CCNP (Enterprise or Security)
  • Microsoft Certified: Azure Network Engineer Associate (AZ-700)
  • ITIL Foundation (optional, for process-oriented environments)
