Role Overview:

As the Graphic Designer for our internal magazine, you will be responsible for designing visually engaging layouts, graphics, and illustrations that capture the spirit of our company. You'll collaborate with content writers, marketing, and HR teams to ensure the magazine is both visually appealing and aligned with our brand identity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and layout each issue of the internal magazine (print and digital versions).
  • Create graphics, illustrations, and visual elements to enhance storytelling.
  • Work closely with content creators to ensure a cohesive and engaging design.
  • Maintain consistency with brand guidelines, colors, and typography.
  • Manage multiple design projects and meet deadlines for each magazine issue.
  • Incorporate feedback and continuously improve design quality.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably in magazine or editorial design.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing creative layouts, typography, and visual storytelling.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator).
  • Excellent attention to detail and design aesthetics.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good communication skills in French/English.

Bonus:

  • Experience with internal communications or corporate magazines.
  • Knowledge of AI-based design tools.
  • Photography or illustration skills.
