About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Project Coordinator to join our team. This role is essential to keeping our operations running smoothly by managing tasks, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Task Management: Maintain comprehensive records of all ongoing tasks and projects using Asana/Trello
  • Stakeholder Coordination: Follow up with key stakeholders to ensure timely completion of deliverables and maintain clear communication
  • Multi-Channel Communication: Capture and organize important information from various communication channels including:
  • WhatsApp conversations
  • Phone calls
  • Email threads
  • Microsoft Teams messages
  • Documentation: Take detailed notes from meetings and conversations, compile lists, and create actionable summaries
  • Progress Tracking: Keep projects moving forward by monitoring deadlines, identifying bottlenecks, and proactively addressing issues

Ideal Candidate Profile

Required Skills:

  • Exceptional organizational skills with strong attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication in English
  • Proficiency with project management tools (Asana, Trello, or similar platforms)
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Strong follow-up skills and persistence in tracking task completion

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in project coordination, administrative support, or office management
  • Familiarity with digital communication platforms (WhatsApp Business, Teams, etc.)
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach
