is seeking a highly skilled
Senior AI Developer
with a strong background in Natural Language Processing (NLP), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), Optical Character Recognition (OCR), and Computer Vision to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of professional experience in developing and integrating AI solutions using frameworks like FastAPI or Flask, along with a Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.

As a Senior AI Developer, you will design, develop, and deploy cutting-edge AI applications while collaborating with cross-functional teams to create innovative and scalable solutions that drive business impact.

Key Responsibilities:

AI Model Development:

  • Design and implement advanced NLP models for tasks such as text analysis, language generation, and chatbot development.
  • Develop and optimize RAG frameworks for enhanced data retrieval and contextual response generation.
  • Build and train OCR models to extract information from structured and unstructured documents.
  • Implement Computer Vision models for image processing, object detection, and pattern recognition tasks.

AI Solution Integration:

  • Architect, develop, and deploy AI-powered applications and APIs using FastAPI or Flask.
  • Ensure seamless integration of AI components with existing systems and third-party services.
  • Design robust pipelines for model training, testing, and deployment in production environments.

Performance Optimization:

  • Optimize AI models for scalability, performance, and efficiency across diverse use cases.
  • Implement best practices for model monitoring and maintenance in production systems.

Collaboration and Leadership:

  • Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and business stakeholders to align AI solutions with business goals.
  • Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance to team members.
  • Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI, Machine Learning, and frameworks.

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or related field.
  • 5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML development, including NLP, RAG, OCR, and Computer Vision.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python and frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar.
  • Strong experience with FastAPI or Flask for developing APIs and integrating AI solutions.
  • Solid understanding of model training, deployment, and monitoring in production environments.
  • Experience with data preprocessing, feature engineering, and large-scale data handling.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) for deploying AI solutions.

Preferred Skills:

  • Hands-on experience with vector databases and embeddings for retrieval tasks.
  • Knowledge of MLOps practices for automating workflows and deployments.
  • Strong understanding of RESTful API design and microservices architecture.
  • Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, or similar tools for containerized deployments.
