Graphic Designer – OXEDGEN

Lieu : Rabat // Type : Stage pré-embauche (selon profil)

Missions principales

Le/La Graphic Designer aura pour mission de créer des visuels impactants et cohérents pour l'agence et ses marques partenaires. Il/elle jouera un rôle essentiel dans l'identité visuelle, la créativité et la qualité graphique des projets OXEDGEN.

1. Création & Design Visuel

  • Concevoir des visuels attractifs et professionnels (carrousels, stories, posts, affiches, bannières, présentations…).
  • Produire des vidéos courtes et animations simples (Reels, TikTok, motion léger).
  • Décliner les identités visuelles existantes tout en respectant les chartes graphiques.
  • Participer à la création de nouvelles identités visuelles (logos, palettes, typographies, guidelines).
  • Adapter les formats selon chaque plateforme et besoin (web, social media, print).
  • Assurer une veille graphique : tendances, formats, styles, nouveautés design.

2. Branding & Cohérence Créative

  • Garantir une image de marque cohérente pour OXEDGEN et ses clients.
  • Participer à la construction et l'évolution des chartes graphiques.
  • Proposer régulièrement des idées créatives, concepts visuels et pistes design.
  • Contribuer à la direction artistique lors des brainstormings et campagnes.

3. Collaboration & Production

  • Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les équipes Social Media, Marketing, Copywriting et Performance.
  • Adapter les visuels en fonction des besoins internes et clients.
  • Préparer les fichiers finaux (formats, résolutions, exports) selon les standards.
  • Assurer un suivi rigoureux des versions, retours, et validations.
  • Participer à des sessions créatives (shootings, brainstorming, création de moodboards).

4. Reporting & Organisation

  • Respecter les deadlines et gérer plusieurs projets en parallèle.
  • Documenter les créations sur Notion et organiser les fichiers/design systems.
  • Contribuer à l'amélioration continue des process créatifs de l'agence.

Profil recherché

  • Bac+2 ou plus en design graphique, communication visuelle ou domaine similaire.
  • Une première expérience en design (agence, marque ou freelance).
  • Très bonne maîtrise des outils : Photoshop, Illustrator, CapCut (Figma ou Canva en plus).
  • Forte créativité, sens du détail, goût pour l'esthétique et les tendances graphiques.
  • Capacité à travailler en équipe, autonomie, organisation, rigueur.
  • Passion pour le design, les tendances digitales et la création visuelle.
