Conversation Room Admin – Sales agent ( Training )

Location: On-site – Marrakech, Morocco

Working Hours: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM

Training Salary: 3,000 MAD / month

English Level Required: Minimum B1 (Intermediate)

About the Role:

Boston English Center is offering a paid training position designed to prepare candidates for future Sales Agent roles.

You will start in the Conversation Room, where you will speak with students daily, build rapport, understand their goals, and help them feel comfortable using English. This role allows us to evaluate communication skills, persuasion ability, confidence, and reliability — all essential for success in sales.

Candidates who perform well will be trained and promoted to Sales Agent positions.

What You'll Do During Training:

• Lead casual English conversations with students
• Build friendly relationships with students through daily interaction
• Encourage participation and confidence in speaking
• Identify student needs, goals, and motivation
• Guide simple speaking activities (games, role plays, discussions)
• Maintain a positive and professional environment
• Track attendance and report observations to the admin team

Skills We Evaluate for Sales Promotion:

• Communication clarity and confidence
• Ability to build trust and rapport
• Persuasion and influence (without pressure)
• Listening skills and objection handling
• Reliability, punctuality, and professionalism

Requirements:

• English level B1 or higher
• Friendly, confident, and energetic personality
• Comfortable speaking with individuals and small groups
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Must work from our office in Marrakech
• Serious interest in growing into a Sales Agent role
