Role Description
This is a contract role for a Contracting Manager, located on-site in Casablanca. The primary responsibilities include developing, negotiating, and managing contracts with partners and suppliers to align with organizational goals. The Contracting Manager will ensure compliance with contractual terms, oversee contract renewals, and address potential issues in collaboration with relevant internal and external stakeholders. The role also involves monitoring industry trends and regulatory requirements to inform contract strategies and processes.
Qualifications
- Strong negotiation, contract management, and vendor relationship management skills
- Knowledge of regulatory compliance and risk management principles
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and French
- Proficiency in data analysis, reporting, and relevant contract management software tools
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams on-site
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Law, or related fields, with relevant professional experience
- Prior experience in franchise management, procurement, or similar fields is a plus
