Your Responsibilities:
- Monitor customer accounts to identify unpaid invoices.
- Contact clients via phone, email, or mail to recover outstanding debts.
- Negotiate payment plans while maintaining positive client relationships.
- Track due dates and update collection files in the system.
- Collaborate with internal teams (accounting, customer service) to resolve disputes.
- Prepare follow-up reports for management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in accounting, finance, management, or related fields.
- Fluent English (both written and spoken) is mandatory.
- Previous experience in debt collection or customer relationship management is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in file tracking.
- Proficiency in office tools (Excel, management software).
