About the Role:

We're looking for a friendly and motivated Receptionist to join our team You'll be the face of our hostel — welcoming guests, helping them settle in, and making sure everything runs smoothly at the front desk.

Your Main Tasks:

Greet guests with a smile and help them check in & out

Manage bookings, emails, and calls

Share tips about Essaouira and local activities

Handle payments and keep records organized

Keep the reception area tidy and welcoming

Support the team with daily hostel tasks when needed

What We're Looking For:

A positive and outgoing personality

Good communication in English and French (other languages are a bonus)

Some experience in hospitality or customer service is great, but not required

Basic computer skills (booking systems knowledge is a plus)

Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays
