Junior Merchandiser

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Junior Merchandiser
based in Casablanca. The Junior Merchandiser will support the management of product lines, ensure attractive product presentation, and be attentive to client needs while working with a strong sense of independence.

Daily responsibilities include analyzing client requests, managing the full process from sampling to production approval, and coordinating with the internal team to ensure on-time deliveries. The role also involves contributing to marketing strategies, supporting showroom preparation for international fairs, and maintaining effective communication with both internal teams and external partners.

The Junior Merchandiser will play a key role in aligning product development with market trends, client expectations, and the company's commitment to quality and sustainability.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and customer service skills (fluency in English and French required; additional languages are a plus)
• Experience in sales, retail, or merchandising environments
• Knowledge of marketing principles and fashion industry practices
• Excellent organizational and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively in a team setting
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and merchandising software/tools
• Strong understanding of client management, from sample development to production approval
• Interest in sustainable practices and textile innovation is highly valued
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Fashion Management, or a related field
