Salary: 3,500 SAR per month

Contract Type: 2-Year Employment Contract

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Bar Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our bar. The ideal candidate will ensure excellent customer service, maintain high-quality beverage standards, and lead the bar team with professionalism and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily bar operations and ensure smooth service flow
• Train, motivate, and manage bar staff to deliver excellent guest experiences
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety standards at the bar
• Monitor inventory, control costs, and manage stock levels effectively
• Create and recommend new beverage menus or promotions
• Ensure compliance with company policies and hygiene regulations
• Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally
• Coordinate with management and kitchen teams to ensure seamless service

Requirements:

• Gender: Male
• Age: 28 – 35 years
• English Level: Upper Intermediate or higher
• Education: Bachelor's Degree (Hospitality preferred)
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a supervisory or senior bartender role
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Knowledge of bar operations, beverages, and customer service standards
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
