Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Consultant based in Tangier. The Sales Consultant will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with clients, identifying customer needs, and recommending tailored solutions. Daily tasks include consulting with potential and existing clients, providing excellent customer service, ensuring client satisfaction, and supporting the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets. The role also involves collaborating with other departments to align client needs with company offerings.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Sales Consulting and Consulting to effectively identify and meet client needs
• Strong skills in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service to ensure an excellent client experience
• Exceptional Communication skills to build and maintain professional relationships
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team and meet deadlines effectively
• Previous experience in sales or customer-facing roles is a plus
• High levels of organization and attention to detail
• Proficiency in relevant sales tools and CRM platforms is advantageous
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
