- Porter la vision produit et assurer la cohérence avec la stratégie globale de l'entreprise.
- Piloter la roadmap produit : priorisation, arbitrages, gestion du backlog et suivi des sprints.
- Collaborer étroitement avec les équipes techniques (développeurs, BA) et métier (marketing, communication).
- Contribuer à l'amélioration continue du produit (web et mobile) existant, en s'appuyant sur les retours utilisateurs et la data.
- Participer activement aux cérémonies agiles : sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives.
- Challenger les équipes techniques pour garantir la qualité, la performance et la pertinence des développements.
- Être garant de la cohérence fonctionnelle et technique du produit.
- Suivre les indicateurs de performance produit (KPIs) et piloter les initiatives d'optimisation.
- Formation d'ingénieur en informatique ou équivalent technique.
- Expérience réussie (7 ans minimum) en product management, idéalement dans un contexte télécom, banque ou assurance.
- Solide compréhension technique (capacité à dialoguer et challenger les équipes de dev).
- Expérience en environnement Agile / Scrum.
- Aisance dans la gestion de produits digitaux web et mobile.
- Capacité à fédérer, prioriser et communiquer une vision produit claire et ambitieuse.
- Maîtrise du français, bon niveau d'anglais.
- Maîtrise des outils standards de gestion produit (Notion, Jira, Confluence, etc.).
