Job Title:
Assistant to General Manager & English Translator

Work Location:
 Tangier, Morocco

Reports to:
 General Manager, TSP Morocco

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Be responsible for arranging the General Manager's schedule and daily meetings, as an assistant to the General Manager to ensure the smooth operation of daily business.
  2. Be responsible for interpretation and translation between Chinese and English for daily internal meetings, documents, e-mails, and technical data.
  3. Assist management in business communication and negotiations with local government, clients, and suppliers etc.
  4. Translate and organize technical documents, drawings, and standards related to company operations.
  5. Facilitate cross-cultural communication and promote efficient collaboration between the Chinese and Moroccan teams.
  6. Perform other related tasks assigned by supervisors.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree or above. A background in Science or Engineering is preferred (e.g., Mechanical Engineering, Molding, etc.).
  2. CET-6 or above, with fluent English listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills, enabling its use as a working language. Proficient in business and technical interpretation and translation.
  3. Willingness to work overseas and adapt to long-term work and life in Morocco.
  4. Excellent communication and learning skills, strong cross-cultural adaptability, outgoing personality, and ability to work under pressure.
  5. Preferred Qualifications:

  6. Outstanding fresh graduates may be considered.

  7. Proficiency in Arabic or French is preferred.
  8. Overseas study or work experience is preferred.

岗位职责:

1.     负责总经理行程、日常会议等的安排,确保日常运营的顺畅进行

2.     负责公司各类文件的翻译,包括但不限于内部日常会议、文件、邮件及技术资料的中英文口译与笔译工作;

3.     协助管理层/部门与当地政府、客户及供应商进行商务沟通与谈判;

4.     翻译并整理与工厂运营相关的体系文件、技术文档、图纸及标准;

5.     协助进行跨文化沟通,促进中摩团队之间的高效协作;

6.     完成上级交办的其他相关任务。

任职要求:

  1. 本科及以上学历,理工科专业背景优先。
  2. 大学英语六级以上,听说读写能力流利,可作为工作语言,能熟练进行商务和技术层面的口笔译。
  3. 具备驻外工作意愿,能适应长期在摩洛哥工作和生活。
  4. 具备以下条件者优先考虑:

  5. 可考虑优秀的应届毕业生;

  6. 会阿拉伯语或法语的优先;
  7. 有海外学习或工作经历。
