Lieu : Casablanca / Rabat – Mode hybride Type de contrat : Freelance  Expérience requise : +5 ansContexte du poste :Dans le cadre du renforcement de nos activités en Identity & Access Management (IAM), nous recherchons un ingénieur spécialisé en gestion des identités pour accompagner la mise en place, l'administration et l'évolution de nos plateformes IAM au sein d'un environnement complexe et en transformation.Missions principales :Assurer l'administration et le maintien en conditions opérationnelles des solutions IAM (AAD/AD, EntraID, OKTA).Gérer le cycle de vie des identités : provisionning, déprovisionning, gestion des rôles et accès.Implémenter et maintenir les politiques d'authentification et d'autorisation.Contribuer au renforcement de la sécurité des identités (MFA, Conditional Access, Zero Trust).Collaborer étroitement avec les équipes IT, sécurité et métiers pour assurer la cohérence des accès.Traiter les incidents et demandes liés à l'IAM et participer à l'amélioration continue.Rédiger la documentation technique et contribuer aux audits d'accès.Profil recherché :Bac+5 en informatique, cybersécurité ou équivalent.Minimum 5 ans d'expérience sur des environnements IAM d'entreprise. Maîtrise des technologies : Active Directory / Azure AD Microsoft Entra ID OKTA (Identity, SSO, Federation)Bonne connaissance des protocoles d'authentification (SAML, OAuth2, OIDC).Capacité à travailler en autonomie et en coordination avec plusieurs équipes.Connaissance des frameworks NIST, Zero Trust et bonnes pratiques IAM.
