You will be responsible for defining, deploying and optimizing information systems, ensuring their security, performance and innovation, in alignment with local business objectives and the Group's overall strategy.
You will work in close synergy with local and regional management to ensure the consistency of IT initiatives.
Your main tasks
- Supervise, deploy and provide support for global and local applications across Morocco.
- Participate in regional IT governance (France, Portugal, Spain, Morocco, etc.).
- to be the main contact person and IT partner for Moroccan entities.
- Supporting the Regional IT Director in analyzing business needs and researching digital solutions.
- To guarantee high-performing user service and to support teams in improving their productivity.
- Co-create the IT roadmap with the National Director and present it to the Regional IT Director.
- to develop and manage the national IT budget.
- Manage the deployment of corporate solutions and services (training, change management).
- Provide local support for internal and external clients.
- Manage local digital partnerships and portfolios.
- Administer local third-party applications (support, configuration, security, contracts).
- To serve as an escalation point for IT incidents in Morocco.
- Manage and coordinate local IT teams.
- To deploy and supervise the IT security measures defined at the group level.
- Follow local IT procurement processes in coordination with the Global Procurement teams.
Search profile
- Education: Engineering degree in information systems (minimum Bac+5 or equivalent).
- Experience: 10 years of experience in IT, including 5 years as an IT Manager/Director within an IT, telecoms or business department.
