About the Role :

As a Hostess – Cashier, you will be the first point of contact for guests, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere while managing reservations, seating, and payments with accuracy and professionalism. You will represent the restaurant with confidence, efficiency, and genuine hospitality.

Key Responsibilities:

-Welcome and seat guests with a friendly and professional demeanor.

-Manage reservations and ensure efficient table rotations.

-Handle billing and payments accurately as a cashier.

-Maintain a clean and organized reception and cashier area.

-Communicate effectively with the service team to ensure smooth operations.

-Deliver excellent customer service at all times.

Qualifications:

-Previous experience as Hostess / Cashier in the hospitality industry.

-Experience in an alcohol-serving restaurant (Latin background is an added advantage).

-Fluent in English with excellent communication skills.

-Strong customer service skills and ability to work under pressure.

-Pleasant personality, professional appearance, and flexibility with shifts.

-Gender Requirement: Female.
