Manager Project Management Engineering

The Project Manager will work closely with our multidisciplinary teams, various sending sites, and external vendors to plan and support the execution of identified projects. This role will expose the successful candidate to a wide range of footprint and transfer projects while collaborating with different stakeholders. It offers the opportunity to interact with all levels of a global organization. The Project Manager will maintain high accuracy and documentation standards under all circumstances, effectively manage and measure work, and handle multiple priorities simultaneously.

• Influence in present role for assigned projects
• Proactively work with all functions in managing resources for the projects.
• Manages risk and compliance across all the assigned projects
• Adopt and promote PMO best practices
• Escalate issues and risks that cannot be resolved at the core team level
• Direct interaction with customers and internal Project Steering Committee when required.

• Master's degree in engineering or similar
• Minimum 7 years of experience, typically including at least 3 years managing medium-complexity projects in a regional setting.
• Determines best course of action to meet schedules, resolve and/or mitigate project risks.
• Thorough knowledge of project management tools and processes.
• Verify conformance to existing processes, tracks appropriate metrics
• Promotes team spirit by being a team contributor
• Effectively transform the VOB/VOC into customer focused solutions - entrepreneurial mindset
• Seeks to continuously improve existing processes - growth mindset
• Awareness about Quality Management System and IATF 16949 requirement - can apply this in PjM activities
• Evaluating, documentation, monitoring & implementing & changes throughout the projec
• Formal project management education and/or PMP certification (or pursuing to get one)
• Some experience with LEAN PD, Waterfall, Agile methodologies
• Good knowledge of Industry standards
• Ability to deliver on issues of low complexity without guidance or supervision
• Proactively seeks information outside its team and systematically shares it with the group
