Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Internal Sales Representative based in Casablanca-Settat, Morocco. The Internal Sales Representative will be responsible for generating leads, managing customer accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction, and promoting company services. Day-to-day tasks also include providing excellent customer service, analyzing client needs, and developing strategies to drive sales and meet targets while maintaining strong client relationships.
Qualifications
- Experience in Inside Sales and Lead Generation
- Proficiency in providing excellent Customer Service and ensuring Customer Satisfaction
- Strong skills in Account Management and managing ongoing client relationships
- Proven communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a team environment and achieve sales goals
- Prior experience in the logistics or transport industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field
