Role Overview

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic & Digital Designer to join our team. You will be responsible for designing high-quality visual assets across various digital platforms and physical product lines. Working across multiple brands, you will contribute to everything from social media content and ad creatives to customized merchandise and landing pages. This is an exciting opportunity to shape visual identity and enhance user experience across multiple formats and channels.

Key Responsibilities (including but not limited to)

  • Design content for social media platforms including Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn
  • Create static and animated visuals for paid advertising (Meta, Google, TikTok, etc.)
  • Work closely with the Social Media Manager and PPC team to develop campaign assets
  • Design visuals for physical products such as t-shirts, calendars, posters, and merchandise
  • Produce design assets for landing pages, web banners, and email campaigns
  • Create internal and external marketing materials such as brochures and presentations
  • Ensure brand consistency across all visuals and support multiple brand identities

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in graphic and/or digital design
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
  • Familiarity with Canva and Figma.
  • Solid understanding of layout, typography, and brand identity
  • Experience with both digital formats and print specifications (CMYK, DPI, bleed, etc.)
  • Attention to detail and strong time management skills
  • Bonus: basic motion or video editing skills (CapCut, After Effects, Premiere Pro)

Nice to Have

  • Experience designing for e-commerce or product-based businesses
  • Ability to handle multiple brand styles across different industries
  • Understanding of marketing principles and design's role in conversion
