Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Head Waiter located in Rabat. The Head Waiter will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the dining area, ensuring high-quality customer service, managing the food and beverage service, and coordinating with the kitchen staff. Additional responsibilities include taking orders, serving meals, handling customer inquiries, and ensuring an overall excellent dining experience for guests.
Qualifications
- Excellent Customer Service and Communication skills
- Experience with Food & Beverage service and Food Service
- Basic Cooking skills and knowledge
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
- Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry is a plus
