Position Overview

We are looking for
two serious and motivated trainees
to join our team for a
5-month paid internship
, with a
strong possibility of recruitment
after successful completion.

This role is
customer-service oriented
and involves daily communication with international clients.

Main Responsibilities

• Responding professionally to
  client emails, phone calls, and WhatsApp messages
• Providing clear, polite, and accurate information to travelers
• Assisting in
  designing customized travel itineraries
• Following up with clients before and after bookings
• Supporting daily tour operations and office coordination
• Maintaining a high level of
  customer satisfaction and service quality

Required Profile

• Bachelor's degree in English
  (or related field)
• Excellent English
  – spoken and written (mandatory)
• Strong communication and listening skills
• Professional attitude and customer-focused mindset
• Ability to work full-time from our office in
  Fes Old Medina
• We require people living in Fez.

Additional Skills that can give you a Strong Advantage

• Other languages (French, Spanish, Italian, German, etc.)
• Previous experience in
  customer service, tourism, or hospitality
• Basic knowledge in social media marketing or video creation (Facebook, insta or Tiktok)
• Social media or content support (Wordpress)
