Who We Are Looking For:
We are seeking motivated and enthusiastic HR Graduate or entry level profile to support the Human Resources department in day-to-day HR operations, ensuring efficient administrative processes and a positive employee experience. This role involves supporting recruitment, onboarding, HR administration, and compliance activities in a professional and confidential manner.

Roles & Responsibilities :
- Assist in onboarding and offboarding processes (documentation, system updates, coordination).
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
- Support recruitment activities, including CV screening, interview scheduling, and candidate coordination.
- Assist with payroll preparation, benefits administration, and HR reporting.
- Prepare HR documents such as contracts, certificates, and official letters.
- Support employee engagement initiatives and internal HR activities.
- Provide general administrative support to the HR Responsible.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bac+3 in Human Resources, Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Prior HR internship or experience in HR or administration is a plus.
- Strong interest in HR operations and people management.
- Good English communication skills (written and spoken).
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- High level of confidentiality and professionalism.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Knowledge of labor law basics is a plus.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
