Media Planet is a digital marketing agency based in Marrakech. We help businesses grow through Meta & Google Ads, social media management, branding/design, and website creation.

We're looking for a
reliable and organized Project & Client Coordinator
to support our daily operations, manage client communication, and keep projects running smoothly.

Your Mission

Your goal is simple:
make sure projects move forward, clients get fast answers, and everything stays organized.

Responsibilities

Manage communication with clients (WhatsApp, email, calls)

Follow up with clients to collect missing information (logos, photos, content, approvals…)

Track tasks, deadlines, and deliverables for multiple projects

Coordinate with the internal team (designers, editors, media buyers, developers)

Prepare weekly updates for clients and keep them informed

Organize files, documents, briefs, and project folders (Google Drive)

Assist with internal admin tasks and day-to-day agency operations

Help improve systems and workflows (templates, checklists, processes)

Required Profile

Strong communication skills (French + English required)

Highly organized and detail-oriented

Can manage multiple projects at the same time

Comfortable speaking to clients professionally

Strong problem-solving mindset (you find solutions, not excuses)

Basic understanding of digital marketing (ads, websites, social media)

Comfortable with tools like: Google Drive, Google Sheets, Trello/Notion (or similar)
