Head Waiter needed.

We are opening a boutique, five-star Riad in a premier location in the Medina of Marrakech. We seek an experienced Luxury Head Waiter to deliver exceptional service to our discerning guests.

Responsibilities:

- Provide flawless, personalized service in a high-end setting

- Anticipate guest needs and tailor service accordingly

- Present menus, wine, and cocktails with expertise

- Maintain pristine dining areas and assist with banquets/events as needed

- Ensure guest comfort and satisfaction at all times

- Uphold brand standards, cleanliness, and safety protocols

Requirements:

- Proven luxury waiting experience in upscale restaurants, Riads, or hotels

- Fluent in English (spoken)

- Impeccable presentation and professional demeanor

- Excellent communication and guest-relations skills

- Ability to work collaboratively in a small, dynamic team

- Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
