Nous recherchons un profil capable de piloter et développer l'ensemble de notre activité e-commerce. Le poste est central : vous serez directement lié aux ventes D2C et au chiffre d'affaires généré par nos canaux digitaux.
Responsabilités principales :
- Gestion et optimisation du site e-commerce : UX, conversion, performance.
- Mise en place et pilotage des campagnes d'acquisition : Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Google Ads.
- Analyse des données : trafic, taux de conversion, panier moyen, rentabilité des campagnes, croissance des ventes.
- Gestion et coordination des partenariats avec les influenceurs dans le cadre de la stratégie d'acquisition et de notoriété.
- Gestion du catalogue produits : descriptions, visuels, prix, promotions.
- Coordination de la logistique et suivi de l'expérience client.
- Mise en place d'actions CRM : emailing, automatisation, segmentation, retargeting.
- Proposition et exécution de leviers de croissance pour augmenter les ventes en continu.
Profil recherché :
- Expérience confirmée en gestion e-commerce.
- Maîtrise des outils publicitaires et d'analyse de données.
- Capacité à définir des priorités, piloter des projets et atteindre des objectifs chiffrés.
- Orientation résultats et sens de la responsabilité.
Rémunération :
Package composé d'un fixe et d'une part variable importante, indexée sur les performances.
