Job Summary
:

We are seeking a
Junior / Associate Level Project Manager
to join our team in Singapore. In this role, you will assist in managing projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and meet business objectives. You will work closely with senior project managers, cross-functional teams, and stakeholders to ensure smooth execution and delivery of projects.

Key Responsibilities
:

• Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of projects from initiation through to completion.
• Help define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Create and maintain project schedules, ensuring timely completion of tasks and milestones.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure smooth project execution.
• Track project progress, identify potential issues or delays, and escalate them to senior management.
• Prepare project documentation, such as project plans, status reports, and risk assessments.
• Support project managers in managing project budgets, ensuring adherence to financial constraints.
• Assist in organizing and leading project meetings, including taking notes and tracking action items.
• Communicate project updates to stakeholders, ensuring alignment and managing expectations.
• Support the identification and mitigation of project risks.
• Contribute to post-project evaluations to identify areas for process improvement.

Requirements
:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• 0-2 years of experience in project management, project coordination, or a related role.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal, and ability to present information clearly.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) and tools (e.g., Asana, Jira, Microsoft Project).
• Ability to work collaboratively with teams across different functions.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to adapt and learn quickly in a fast-paced environment.
