The Opportunity

We're hiring an
instructor
to live in
Marrakech or Casablanca
and act as an
on-site facilitator
for our English for Work programs.

You will support more senior US-based instructors and industry experts who deliver live sessions (Business, Medical, Hospitality, IT, Accounting English) via video conferencing on large screens.

You will play the role of the bridge between:

• Global experts on screen
• Moroccan learners in the classroom

This is a hands-on, high-impact role.

What You'll Do

• Facilitate on-site classes during live sessions led by senior US instructors
• Support learners before, during, and after sessions
• Reinforce discussions and role-plays on the ground
• Help maintain class energy, structure, and engagement
• Assist with classroom logistics and learner coordination
• Provide feedback and light coaching aligned with program goals
• Represent Sohaara's standards of professionalism and quality on site

You are not the main lecturer. You are the force multiplier that makes the experience complete.

Who This Is For

• Educators with 1-3 years experience working in or teaching English teaching, business, IT, medical, hospitality, or Accounting.
• Early-career professionals interested in teaching, international experience, or global work

What You Bring

• Native-level English
• Strong communication and presence in a room
• Comfort working with adult learners
• Reliability, structure, and professionalism
• Ability to follow a program and execute consistently
• Ease with Zoom / video-conferencing environments

Bonus (Nice to have):

• Exposure to Business English, Medical English, Hospitality, IT, or Accounting
• Teaching, facilitation, or training experience

Compensation

• $1000–$1,500 per month, as a starting level, depending on experience and credentials
• Local cost of living makes this a livable range in Morocco
