Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Casablanca-Settat, Morocco, for a Service Restoration professional. The individual in this role will be responsible for managing the restoration process from start to finish. Day-to-day tasks include assessing customer requirements, developing restoration plans, coordinating with teams to ensure prompt and efficient service delivery, and maintaining clear communication with clients regarding progress and outcomes. The role also entails ensuring compliance with safety and service standards, resolving client issues, and improving service quality.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills to assess situations and develop effective restoration plans
• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to interact with clients and team members effectively
• Experience in Sales and a customer-focused approach to deliver exceptional service
• Proficiency or knowledge in Finance to manage budgets, estimates, and cost control related to restoration projects
• Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple projects efficiently
• Proven organizational and time-management skills
• Relevant certifications or experience in service restoration or related fields would be an advantage
