Role Overview

We're looking for a Backend Developer to join the growing engineering team. You'll help design, develop, and optimize the server-side logic and APIs powering next-generation inspection software that integrates 3D modeling, video processing, and AI-based defect detection.

You'll collaborate closely with frontend, data, and robotics engineers to ensure smooth system integration, scalability, and reliability.

Locations: MUST be in Morocco. The role is 100% remote.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain backend logic and databases for web applications
  • Design and integrate scalable APIs for data ingestion and processing
  • Contribute to CI/CD automation and deployment pipelines (AWS ECS, Lambda, S3)
  • Write clean, testable, and well-documented code
  • Participate in architecture design, code reviews, and product decisions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (frontend, cloud, robotics, AI)

Interview process:

The interview process includes three stages: an HR interview, a technical interview, and a final meeting with the Head of Practice.

Requirements
  • Strong knowledge of ASP.NET Core, Entity Framework Core, and C#/.NET (7+ years of experience)
  • Experience with Python for backend or data-oriented tasks
  • Hands-on experience with AWS (ECS, Lambda, S3)
  • Solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines, Docker, GitHub, and automation workflows
  • Familiarity with development tools such as Visual Studio Code and Docker
  • Strong problem-solving mindset and collaborative attitude
  • Fluent in English

Nice to Have:

  • Experience in video processing, 3D modeling, geospatial data, or photogrammetry
  • Experience with ABP or microservices templates
  • Exposure to machine learning libraries or data pipelines
