Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position located in Casablanca-Settat, Morocco, for the role of Technical Specialist. The Technical Specialist will be responsible for diagnosing and resolving technical issues, providing troubleshooting and technical support, and ensuring optimal operation of systems. The role also includes communicating with clients to address technical concerns, delivering exceptional customer service, and maintaining accurate documentation of technical processes.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills for problem-solving and decision-making
• Effective Communication skills to collaborate with team members and interact with clients
• Expertise in Troubleshooting and Technical Support to resolve complex technical issues
• Experience in Customer Service to provide professional and proactive assistance
• Technical certifications or a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is a plus
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strong organizational and time-management skills
• Knowledge of warehousing systems or technologies is preferred
