Nous recherchons un(e) Catalog Manager Amazon dédié(e), basé(e) à Casablanca, afin de prendre en charge la gestion opérationnelle catalogue (Seller Central & Vendor Central) pour nos clients. L'objectif est de soulager nos Account Managers des tâches opérationnelles récurrentes et de garantir une qualité d'exécution élevée, dans une logique pérenne et scalable

Missions principales:

  • Création, mise à jour et optimisation des fiches produits (titres, bullet points, descriptions)

  • Gestion des images et vidéos (intégration, suivi conformité)

  • Paramétrage et suivi des variations

  • Correction des erreurs de catalogue (suppression, réactivation d'ASIN, erreurs de flat files)

  • Gestion des tickets et des relances auprès du support Amazon

  • Réception et traitement des demandes catalogue via notre outil de gestion interne (ClickUp)

  • Reporting clair et hebdomadaire sur l'avancement des tâches

  • Escalade des cas complexes à un référent senior

  • Application stricte de nos guidelines internes (naming, SEO, cohérence de marque)

  • Documentation et traçabilité de chaque action réalisée.

  • Contribution à l'amélioration continue des process catalogue.
