Your role, your impact
As a Senior CE Functional Consultant, you'll gather requirements, provide the knowledge and recommendations, and configure the Dynamics 365 system according to client requirements.
Your day-to-day
- Configure Dynamics CRM solutions;
- Work with Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement modules: SFA, Field Service, Marketing, PSA, Customer Service.
Keys to your success
- Bachelor of science (B.S.) or higher;
- Minimum 5 years of working experience in an MS CRM environment in any capacity;
- Minimum 4 years of experience as a CE consultant;
- Minimum 3 years of implementation experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM and/or Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Sales, Marketing, Field Service or PSA;
- Minimum 2 years of experience with system design or information systems;
- Hands-on experience with complex CRM implementation projects including over 50 users;
- Experience with Copilot and other AI applications;
- Strong CRM industry and product knowledge;
- Ability to meet deadlines using strong organizational habits;
- Strong configuration and leadership skills with ability to handle multiple activities in a dynamic and energizing environment;
- Excellent presentation, collaboration, and communication skills;
- Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills, attention to quality, self-motivation and a strong desire to succeed.
Language Skills
- French: Intermediate
- English: Advanced
