We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Etsy Printify Store Management Intern to join our team for a one-month paid internship. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in managing an e-commerce store, focusing on Print-on-Demand (POD) operations through Etsy and Printify. The successful intern will be considered for a full-time position upon successful completion of the internship.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Etsy Store Management:
  • Assist with product listing creation and optimization on Etsy, including writing compelling descriptions and tags.
  • Monitor and update product inventory.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service.
  • Analyze sales data and trends to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Printify Integration & Management:
  • Work with Printify to create and manage new product designs and mockups.
  • Ensure seamless integration between Etsy and Printify for order fulfillment.
  • Monitor Printify orders and track their status to ensure timely delivery.
  • Troubleshoot any issues related to Printify production or shipping.
  • Marketing Support:
  • Assist in creating engaging content for Etsy shop announcements and social media promotions.
  • Support the launch and monitoring of marketing campaigns focused on driving traffic to the Etsy store.
  • Product Research:
  • Conduct research on trending products and niches suitable for Print-on-Demand.
  • Identify potential new product ideas and design opportunities.

Requirements:

  • E-commerce Interest: A strong interest in e-commerce, particularly with Etsy and Print-on-Demand.
  • Organization Skills: Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Computer Skills: Proficient in using computers and navigating online platforms.
  • AI Acclimated: Comfortable using AI tools for efficiency in product research, description writing, or design is a plus.
  • Adaptability: Eager to learn and capable of handling diverse tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • On-site Availability: Must be available to work on-site.

Work Schedule:

  • Hours: 9:00 AM - 4:00 PM (6 hours work, 1-hour lunch)
  • Days: 6 days a week

Internship Details:

  • Duration: 1 Month
  • Stipend: 1000 MAD

Next Steps: Upon successful completion of the internship, a performance assessment will be conducted, followed by salary negotiation for a potential full-time role.
