Role Description

As an implementation Engineer, you will play a critical role in ensuring our customers get the maximum value from Journify. You will be responsible for managing customer onboarding, setting up accounts, and ensuring seamless integration into their systems. You'll need to be proficient with in web and mobile environments (iOS/Android). Your technical expertise and problem-solving skills will be instrumental in providing a world-class customer experience.

Qualifications


• Collaborate with customers to understand their business goals and technical requirements.


• Lead the onboarding and account setup process, ensuring timely and accurate implementation of our solution.


• Configure and optimize Journify to meet customer needs, including the setup of event tracking via Google Tag Manager, JavaScript and mobile SDKs.


• Provide ongoing technical support and troubleshooting for customers, ensuring they get maximum value from the platform.


• Work closely with our product and engineering teams to relay customer feedback and ensure continuous product improvement.


• Create and maintain documentation to streamline the onboarding and support process.

Qualifications
:


• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field.


• 5+ years of experience in a solutions engineer or technical customer success role.


• Fluent in Arabic and English


• Strong experience with Google Tag Manager, JavaScript, and web/mobile development environments (iOS/Android).


• Familiarity with CDPs, analytics tools and marketing technologies.


• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.


• Ability to work independently and manage multiple customer accounts simultaneously.


• Problem-solving mindset.


• Experience with APIs and data integrations.

Bonus Skills
:


• Familiarity with SQL and querying large datasets.


• Experience managing a team.


• Understanding of data privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA).
