HSE Trainer

Position : HSE Trainer
( English, Arabic & French Speaker)

Description of the Job:

The HSE Trainer will be responsible for developing and delivering HSE training programs to employees, promoting awareness of safety procedures, and ensuring staff competency in HSE practices across the organization.

Main Specifications:

• Design, develop, and conduct HSE training programs in Arabic and French.
• Maintain training records and ensure compliance with HSE training requirements.
• Conduct safety inductions for new employees and subcontractors.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and recommend improvements.
• Support the HSE team in promoting and maintaining a positive safety culture.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, or related field.
• Certified HSE Trainer or equivalent qualification preferred.

Experience:

• 5 to 8 years of experience
  in HSE training and development roles within construction or marine projects.
• Strong presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
