, a WhatsApp based solution that helps local businesses manage and automate customer appointments and communications.

The Role
Blink Twice Agency is hiring a
Local Growth Manager based in Rabat or nearby regions
to lead the local growth of
SoftPilot
, our in house product.
This is not a classic remote sales role.
It is a
field focused position
, combining business development, onboarding, and long term relationship building with local businesses.
What You Will Do
- Develop and manage a local territory in Rabat and surrounding areas
- Represent Blink Twice Agency and drive adoption of SoftPilot
- Visit and engage with salons, clinics, and service businesses in person
- Present SoftPilot in a simple, practical, business oriented way
- Support customers during setup and early activation
- Build long term relationships with local business owners
- Help establish SoftPilot as a trusted local solution in your territory
What You Will Not Do
- Mass cold emailing
- Selling only through calls or Zoom
- Managing global or enterprise accounts
- Following rigid scripts or corporate sales processes
Who We Are Looking For
Required
- Based in Rabat, Témara, or nearby regions
- Minimum
5 years of experience
in field sales, business development, or a similar client facing role - Strong understanding of local SMEs and how they operate
- Comfortable with face to face selling and territory ownership
- Daily user of WhatsApp
- Autonomous, organized, and relationship driven
Nice to Have
- Existing local network with SMEs or merchants
- Experience working with salons, clinics, or service businesses
- Experience selling services or SaaS to local businesses
No specific degree is required.
Local market knowledge, experience, and attitude matter more than diplomas.

Compensation
