Pourquoi ce poste

Ophelia propose des formations présentielles pour dentistes et anime une communauté sur notre site plateforme social et e-learning. Nous recrutons une personne capable de créer du contenu efficace, de faire vivre la communauté et d'augmenter les inscriptions aux formations.

Ce que tu vas piloter

Construire et tenir un calendrier éditorial simple sur les réseaux et dans la communauté BuddyBoss.

Rédiger, designer et publier des posts (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube Shorts/TikTok si pertinent) qui renvoient uniquement vers notre site.

Créer des newsletters et campagnes dans notre CRM (segmentation via tags ; les automatisations sont préparées par ops/finance).

Vidéo légère : tourner des formats courts (15–60 s), mini-itws, b-roll d'événements ; montage CapCut/Premiere + sous-titres.

Photo légère : portraits d'intervenants, temps forts des events, produits simples (scrubs, simulateur) ; retouches rapides (Lightroom/Photos).

Publier les annonces de session dans les groupes de nos plateforme (J-30/J-7/J0, puis highlights post-event).

Suivre les résultats (GA4, insights plateformes, stats CRM) et partager un récap mensuel clair.

Ce que tu apportes

2–4 ans en social/content avec une excellente plume en français (anglais apprécié).

Maîtrise du court format vidéo et de la photo légère (tournage + montage).

À l'aise avec Wordpress, Email Marketing, Marketing automation et la segmentation CRM basique et les analytics simples (GA4/dashboards).

Tes outils : CapCut ou Premiere, Lightroom/Photos, Canva, Google Drive/Docs.

Présence sur site, sens pratique, ok pour couvrir ponctuellement des événements en soirée/week-end.
