Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Bellman position located at The View Hotel Rabat. The Bellman will be responsible for welcoming guests, assisting with luggage, and providing exceptional customer service. Key tasks include helping guests with check-in and check-out processes, ensuring the efficient handling of luggage, and offering valuable information about the hotel's amenities and local attractions to enhance the guest experience. The Bellman will also ensure that guests are offered top-tier hospitality that aligns with the hotel's luxury standards.
Qualifications
- Strong communication skills to interact professionally with guests and colleagues
- Exceptional customer service skills to provide welcoming and attentive support to all visitors
- Experience with receptionist duties, including greeting guests, handling inquiries, and ensuring check-in/check-out efficiency
- Physical ability to assist with transporting luggage and familiarity with proper luggage handling techniques
- Capability to participate in on-the-job training and knowledge enhancement to maintain service excellence
- Professional appearance and demeanor with a commitment to upholding luxury hospitality standards
- Fluency in English, Arabic, and/or French is highly preferred
- Previous experience in a similar role in a luxury hotel is a plus
