Salary: 9,000 MAD – 10,000 MAD (monthly)

Role Summary

We are looking for a dedicated and proactive Facilities Manager to ensure a clean, safe, and well-maintained work environment for all employees. This role oversees daily facility operations, maintenance activities, safety compliance, and collaboration with external vendors and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Delegate cleaning and maintenance tasks to team members
• Monitor the safety and cleanliness of all interior and exterior areas (offices, conference rooms, parking lots, recreation spaces, etc.)
• Perform routine facility maintenance and complete repairs as needed
• Schedule regular inspections and coordinate emergency repairs with external vendors
• Implement and monitor workplace security measures in collaboration with security service providers
• Oversee daily facilities operations, including assigning or completing maintenance work orders
• Prepare and maintain reports on maintenance, repairs, and safety-related incidents
• Manage on-site canteen and staff dormitory facilities
• Work closely with building owners and senior management to plan and budget for facility needs

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Facilities Manager or in a similar role
• Strong knowledge of building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, security)
• Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision
• Strong communication skills and effective vendor management
• Familiarity with workplace safety regulations and compliance standards
• Good command of English (written and spoken)
