Affiliate Manage
r to build, manage, and optimize affiliate partnerships that generate
high-quality U.S. web leads (form fills).

At Whiterock, you'll own a high-impact portfolio across Home Services, Solar, Insurance and related verticals, driving measurable performance while keeping compliance and lead quality at the center.

What You'll Do:
Build & optimize affiliate partnerships to deliver high-acceptance, fraud-free U.S. leads.
Recruit & onboard email affiliates (mailers in Morocco and abroad) and media buyers; provide assets, angles, and compliance guardrails.
Enforce compliance: TCPA, CAN-SPAM best practices, TrustedForm & Jornaya verification; monitor incident rates and remediation.
Monitor quality & ROI: sources, funnels, duplicates/invalids, chargebacks; tighten filters and validation flows.
Negotiate payouts, commission structures, exclusivities, and promo opportunities.
Report & optimize: track KPIs, share performance insights, test creatives/flows, and scale winners.
Align with buyers/ops: match lead specs, pacing, and caps; coordinate distribution and SLAs with internal teams.
Prevent fraud using tooling and rules; escalate, block, and document actions.
What You Bring:
English fluency (written/spoken) to work with U.S. clients and affiliates.
3+ years in Web Leads (Form Fills) for the U.S. market.
Vertical experience in Home Services / Solar / Insurance or similar.
Hands-on with email affiliates/mailers (Morocco & international) and media buyers.
Solid knowledge of TCPA, TrustedForm, Jornaya (LeadID) and QA/verification standards.
Strong negotiation, partner management, and data-driven decision-making.
Ownership mindset, ability to prioritize and hit targets in a performance environment.
Nice to Have:
Familiarity with lead tracking/distribution platforms: Everflow, HasOffers, Cake.
Experience with fraud prevention tools: Forensiq, Anura, etc.
Existing network of U.S. affiliates/mailers & media buyers in target verticals.
BI/analytics skills to turn data into optimization roadmaps.
Background in international performance marketing.
